Wolters, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, presented the NATO Me...ritorious Service Medal (MSM) to Colonel Timothy Marcella. The ceremony was held at the Fisher Building, CFB Kingston on 4 November 2020. The NATO MSM is an exceptionally rare award and is given to those whose personal initiative and dedication have gone well beyond their normal duties, and have made a significant difference both to their colleagues and to NATO as an organization.
