Especially for you lucky people with a view, where you want the blind to come up from the bottom so the top can stay open! Also: A promotion on 2 Inch Horizontal Blinds with the No Holes Option for FREE. Each vane is individually wrapped instead of drilled through eliminating the holes to lessen the light coming in.
