April 2020! Crazy!!

Country cottage. Wemp & Smith Construction added this beautiful three season octagon sunroom to this cozy summer home. We urethaned the ceiling and new wood trim around the windows and baseboard. We did a much needed modern colour change to all the walls through out the existing great room and kitchen and primed and painted the new sunroom

New Build in Westbrook, On. Unique ceilings. Twenty foot ceiling in the front foyer with a tray ceiling. Twenty foot Cathedral ceiling in the kitchen and ten foot tray ceiling in the Great Room. Beautifully trimmed. Tran-sen windows over all main floor doors and a fully finished basement rec room. We painted all walls in a soft grey. All doors and trims with a bright white. We spray finished the garage with primer and white semi gloss on the ceiling and walls. Finished the front entrance door with a bright coral colour.

New Build by Wemp & Smith Construction. Some very unique finishes. A little rustic mixed with modern finishes. We applied 2 slightly different soft caramel colours to the main living spaces and a warm grey colour to the master bedroom all selected by the home owner as well as a creamy off white colour was applied to doors and trim.. We colour matched the stair stain to match the gorgeous hardwood floor.

Cottage life is AWESOME! We have been busy working on Kennabec Lake. We changed this cute cottage from a worn out green to a relaxing grey.

New house build on Bath Rd by Wemp & Smith Construction. It was a long haul getting this beautiful large house to completion. With last years slow window delivery to all the freezing rain (not able to get to the site). This home is gorgeous!
