NATALIE BORDEN: CD(DONA), LC(CBI), CLE . Natalie has always had a passion for caring for others. Originally from Saskatchewan, Natalie and her husband moved t...o Calgary in 2006. After the birth of their first daughter, her eyes were opened to the wonder that is motherhood. Two more daughters followed her and their family was complete. Shortly after the birth of their youngest, a close friend asked Natalie to be at her side during her upcoming birth. Natalie was thrilled and excited. It was a moment that is etched in her mind and on her heart forever. Over the years Natalie has been invited into the homes of many to help them transition into parenthood and to expand their families. She has been able to utilize her vast experience and education to help others during an intimate and emotional time. It is Natalie’s belief that birth and breastfeeding are natural processes that are better experienced with additional support. . To Natalie, birth is a life-changing moment. As a Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, Certified Lactation Educator and student lactation consultant, she is able to provide families with warm, compassionate, professional care. Natalie administrates the Facebook Group Calgary Breastfeeding Support and volunteers with La Leche League Canada. Natalie offers evidence-based information to the families she works within the Calgary area while providing physical and emotional support. See more
