About the Bodhisattva promise, by Hannah Nydahl: Whenever you are with other people, your children, your husband, or your friends, this really sincere wish will come out as something positive. Whenever you get into whatever kinds of conflicts you can get into; it will help you not fall into that conflict. You will not take things so personally anymore, and it will make it possible for you to give more out, which will also influence the people who are with you. But the mental strength, this you get through your practice. Through good wishes and mindfulness training, this will help you in any situation and make you stronger. You know you won’t feel this kind of lack of energy in the same way.

We either choose our life or sleep throughout our lives. So get together and try to do what you can. Make yourself strong, fall in love, do all kinds of things - as long as it does no harm to anyone. Please do. We must pull ourselves together and truly enjoy this life. Lama Ole Nydahl

At any free moment, think of the Buddha or Lama, imagining that they are merging with you, just as jets of water merge with each other. Remain in this state for a while, and then try to perceive the whole world as fresh and clean. Lama Ole Nydahl

Always check the good qualities in front of you ! Always check what can you do here ! Always be the Santa Claus , who lifts others up , who always has something... to give ! Throw away all the gossip , the Bla Bla , the disgusting or embarrassing imprints out ! Throw disturbing people out ! Those who only see constantly a problem, the dramatic trouble - makers ! Or : take time , speak to them once a month , and if they haven’t embettered after three months , throw them out ! Gather with friends you feel home and well with ! Always make sure that it feels really good ! Don’t waste time with Bla Bla and useless dramas ! Lama Ole Nydahl , 2020 in Europe- Center

https://vimeo.com/ondemand/fearlessdeath Fearless Death - a lecture by Lama Ole Nydahl from Dharma Movie Foundation PRO on December 4, 2019 In his book Fearless Death, Lama Ole Nydahl shares the wisdom of experienced Tibetan Buddhist masters, which he gained during years spent in the Far East. His explanations are further enriched by decades of guiding modern people through the dying process. Thanks to Lama Ole Nydahl’s book and lectures, Tibetan masters’ teachings on death an...d dying have now become accessible to the modern West. People are less afraid of things they can understand. With the Phowa training (the rare meditation practice of conscious dying when the time comes) and the knowledge found in the Buddhist scriptures, it is possible to transform fear, expectations and doubts into confidence and a calm state of mind when facing death and rebirth. This video is a recording of the public lecture given by Lama Ole Nydahl on May 22nd, 2013 in New York.

Make every day a day of happiness, day of growth; day with friends, not just old habits. You know what I mean? Be alive, search for what you want, do what touches you, take happiness and joy and share it with others. Take good care of everyone who is near you. I say it seriously, and I'm very mature, and some even say very wise. And I can tell you that we either choose our lives or sleep in our lives. So pull yourself together and try to do what you can. Make yourself strong, do all kinds of things as long as you don't hurt anybody. Please do. We need to get ourselves together and truly enjoy this life. The happiness we build in this life will help us in the next I can promise you. Lama Ole Nydah

9500 km of Diamond Way In 1988 Lama Ole Nydahl and his wife Hannah travelled to the then Soviet Union. There they encountered a great enthusiasm for the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. This film gives a taste of founding and building up centers and touring the vast expanses of Russia. The camera accompanies Lama Ole on his journey from St.Petersburg to Vladivostok in 1994. It is a unique document of how Diamond Way Buddhism made its inroad into Russia after the fail of communism. https://www.youtube.com/watch

"We should understand, that we won't get back any moment we didn't enjoy.. Every day is the first day of the rest of our lives. That's why we really need to make sure all our days are good." Lama Ole Nydahl... Enjoy your Sunday, enjoy each other, enjoy it all

Australia bushfires: Karmapa’s message Dear dharma friends The devastation caused by the Australian bushfires is almost unimaginable. Lives are being lost. Mill...ions of hectares of land lie in ashes. And thousands of people have lost their homes and livelihoods. With the fires spreading every day, it is challenging to see where there is hope. From a Buddhist perspective, one of the four seals states that all compounded things are impermanent. Everything is in constant flux. In the midst of such a disaster, when no end seems in sight...
