It's that time of year! We're taking applications for our 2021 Artist-in-Residence program. This opportunity lets one artist showcase their Bunker or Cold War inspired art for three to six months in The Diefenbunker. Our current artist is Greta Grip, who has warmed our walls and coded messages into her knitted works.... Deadline to apply is January 14th, 2021. For the first time in eight years we won't be hosting our Whisky Business fundraiser, so we found a way to bring some Bunker cheer to you at home, and hopefully raise a few funds for your favourite local Bunker! This morning our Present President, Susan McLeod and Past President Bernard Proulx had the honour of laying a wreath at the West Carleton War Memorial.
