When everything opens up we been working on a new class

Had a amazing web-seminar last night. One more Sunday :)

It’s easy to train when you have a partner more dedicated then you. Thanks for the push Kelly . If you love what you do you’ll make time.

Our kickboxing program will be back running in Jan. We will be moving to bags, masks must be worn and only 7 people in a class. You must sign up for classes( max two a week, sigh up thru the page).

Lift, wrestle, train. Back tonight.

I hate cardio. Kelly loves it. We meet it the middle and I die afterwards. Assault bike is up for today :(

Our beginner Brazilian jujitsu class is full. If you want to come you must message me before class. I’m thinking of switching sat class around to a advanced class at 8-9am and a beginner class 9-10am. Let me know what you think(pm please)
