Sunday Meal Prep When preparing dinner on Sunday before heading into another busy work week, why not make extra to freeze and enjoy later? My first backyard harvest of the season I’m excited to use these to make my favourite homemade jalapeño poppers for the long weekend! They’re so easy to make, too! Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise, keeping the stem intact. Scoop out all the seeds. Fill each half with a cream cheese of your choice (a flavoured one like herb & garlic works really well!) Wrap each cream cheese-filled jalapeño in a piece of bacon.... Bake in the oven until the bacon is fully cooked. Enjoy!
