Testing out a hybrid 6.7/5.9 Cummins isb engine...

Cummins 5.9 vs 6.7 injector nozzles. Very similar, only difference appears to be a smaller needle in the 6.7L injectors. Curious why I have these apart and what Im cooking up in my lab? stay tuned to find out!

There is a bit of a story behind these pictures. Customer had the vehicle for about a month when the engine let go without warning. Once the head was removed, it appeared the the cylinder wall had split, the damaged block was set aside for several months until about a week ago I began dismantling it for recycling.
