An excess of women's recommended routine health services sharply contrasts the lack of men's in Malawi's health system, resulting in men bearing a greater burden of nearly all diseases. Going forward, donors and international agencies must focus on actively engaging men in the health system, ensuring that health services are accessible, quick and discreet.
