Distinct Hair Design welcomes you! Your patience and kindness have finally paid off, and we can’t wait to see you. After such a long break we will begin our re-opening @ 11 am on Wednesday, June 24 in our temporary salon at 465 Church Street, Upper Level.... We have re-tooled the salon to create a safer space for us all. Plexiglass has been installed, workstations have been spread out, and our already strict sanitation protocols have been increased. If you have an appointment booked, we may be calling you in the next several days to move your appointment ahead. If you do not hear from us your current appointment time will remain confirmed. If you have not yet booked an appointment, please call 416-551-2266. We will respond to all phone calls within 24 hrs. When you arrive at the salon there will be a few adjustments to our regular routine to allow for social distancing and maintain a safer environment. - If you are experiencing dry cough, fever, aches, unusual fatigue or feel you may have been exposed to the Covid 19 virus, please call us to reschedule your appointment. - All services will be by appointment only - Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. - Please bring no outside food or beverages into the salon. (a water bottle is permitted) - No beverage services or magazines will be provided. - We will all be required to wear a provided mask for the duration of your visit to the salon. - We ask that you pay by debit or credit card to cut down on hand to hand transfer. - If possible, please arrive for your appointment by yourself to reduce traffic in the salon - We love your pets but will have to wait just a bit longer to see them. Please do not bring your dogs in at this time. Service animals excepted. By making these small adjustments we can create and maintain a safe and relaxing experience for everyone.

We know you are all anxious to come to see us. We can't wait to see you as well. In the meanwhile we will wait (possibly not for much longer) for government guidance. We miss you!! Everyone is getting antsy with excitement about the possible date for re-opening Toronto and of course our salon. We are getting the necessary equipment and supplies in place so we can transition to the new normal as soon as possible. All the new rules and guidelines will be shared as soon as they are made available to us so that we can all see each other again in the safest way possible.
