Just an update to advise we are still getting in touch with customers but we are seeing the light , please be patient and we will get to everyone. We are currently booking into the last week of Mar and into April. If you are a new potential customer, we can put you on a new client list for the time being. We will not be accepting any clients up for the weekend from other areas due to covid protocol. You must wear a mask upon arrival and we will meet you at the gate. I can not... have anyone in the shop due to the self distancing protocol. We are obtaining a POS system shortly for debit and credit to enhance contactless payment and if you have cash please have correct amount as we do not make change and carry cash onsite. We have a mailbox installed outside the gate to deposit any cash payments preferably in a plastic ziplock bag...We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and for pick up as this is a very busy time and we do not have the flexibility of late arrivals. If you are 15 min late or more you will have to reschedule. The appointments times are strictly adhered to allow for proper cleaning in between appointments and lunch time for staff. Due to the protocols that are imposed , our amount of dogs groomed per day has been decreased to allow for the proper sanitization. If you arrive early, you may have to wait in your car until we are finished with the dog before and cleaning.. This is a very trying time for all of us and small businesses. This poor boy needs to get home !

Here we go again...! We are in a province wide shut down once again, which means groomers will have to close until further notice. Our numbers here in Grey County have been really good , so hopefully we wont be shut down for the whole 28 days and maybe only 2 weeks. I am hoping for the best. That being said, we have been booked for the month of January, so all appointments will be rescheduled when we can re-open being the clients that advance booked will get first priority. I... have been watching carefully of any new developments and will continue to do so. We will not be taking any new clients until all pre booked grooms have been completed. I am really hoping for a good outcome of all of this and am trying to be optimistic.... we all have done so well in the past few months...We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and New Year and hoping we can all see all our family members soon !! Good morning everyone...with the amount of snow we received last night, we will be closing today to clean up. Everyone drive safe !! All grooms today will be reschedule.

Well, tomorrow is Dec. 1st and the beginning of the very busy Christmas season. We are fully booked and are starting to take Christmas pictures of your pup which can be sent to you. The construction in Owen Sound has been hampering traffic for a long time now and coupled with the busy Christmas shopping season, it is very difficult to get around. That being said, I would ask that you make time to arrive to your appointment on time and to pick up at the time given or when you are called making the transition in between grooms to go smoothly ( as possible). Thank you everyone in advance ! With the rising numbers of Covid 19 cases, we are asking that you wear a mask and as I have cameras at the front, I can watch for you and meet you at the gate.
