Who’s pupper was excited to go outside and launch themselves in 30 to 50 cm of snow this morning? Let’s see those snow loving pics!

Starting tomorrow (Thursday the 10th) we’ll have beef bones available for purchase $10 for a 5 pound bag ( 3-5 bones ) Please PM to place your order A great way to keep a dog busy and away from the Christmas tree! ... When giving your dog a bone, I always recommend choosing a bone that’s longer than their muzzle. The wrong size bone can shatter and splinter in your dog’s mouth. Never leave your dog alone while they are chewing a bone. Let them chew for 10-20 minutes, then put it away in the freezer until the next time. Lastly, throw the bone away when it starts getting too small, or sharp because some dogs will swallow the piece without chewing it. Highly recommend hip or leg bones for the bully breeds and heavy chewers!
When it comes to our dogs sometimes we weigh on the negatives ( especially when it comes to training ) instead of the positives. I would like to know, what do you love most about your dog? Please remember that we are never perfect ourselves, so don’t expect your dog to be.... We can only strive to be better
The sign of a good class! Or not wanting to leave a new friend #imnotdoneyet
A little glimpse of the last few weeks!
Congratulations to this beautiful team graduating beginner obedience last week! Here Bella is learning the first steps in putting her toys away. If your dog knows take it and drop it it opens the doors to so many cool tricks !
So incredibly proud of these two! Ryker is one of the youngest pups (4 & half months) to ever pass beginner obedience with no faults, with much thanks to his mom, whos dedication with training made this a breeze. #givemeakiss Stick needed to be included in the graduation picture

With kennel cough going around, I kindly ask my clients to reschedule if your dog is showing signs. Lets do what we can to stop the spread Please note : Having the kennel cough vaccine doesnt necessarily guard your dog against all kennel cough. The vaccine is like the human flu shot, It only guards against certain strands. ... The kennel cough is much like us having a cold, sometimes little sniffles, other times bedridden. On average kennel cough subsides within a few days. See more

Thank you so much Katie & Ryan for trusting me with your boy! It brought a tear to my eye reading this..
When you think about the relationship you have with your dog from their perspective , Youll begin to gain an amazing amount of insight. Humans are going to continue to domesticate dogs, we need to lead first & love second. By doing this your dog will become more balanced, self aware and make it want to stay on course. A good rule to follow is firm, fair, fun this guideline works every time.... With minimal effort, we can teach dogs to look to us for direction instead of having to control the situation after it occurs. Dog/human bonds that have not been forged in this manner tend to lack this trust. Their mother started teaching, disciplining, leading them, from the moment they are born. Then at only 6-8 weeks it is up to us as humans to raise/mould them. Its paramount that we make that the first goal even before obedience starts. Remember, they are cute, they are loving and they are our little fur-babies. But we need to continue asserting the general rule of firm, fair, fun to make them a loved member of the family and society. -Lindsay Tupper

This girl has pulled at our heartstrings ever since she showed up for a board and train program last week... I have met many dogs during my career as a dog trainer and Ill always go back to golden retrievers being one of my favorite breeds. Their loyalty, kind hearts, and their willingness to please along with those big dark eyes! If youre thinking about getting a golden, please please go with a registered breeder and keep their legacy alive.
Did you know Kingston Parmasave has a pet section now?!? They have brought in some items on my recommendation. ( cooling mats, slip leads, long leads, pet corrector, jolly balls, backpacks & more) It is such a relief that I do not have to refer you my clients to Amazon for some of the items I use. Also, once the world goes back to normal, I will be able to offer each of my clients a discount coupon for purchases there!!... Please share the local love!
Missing this guy! Thank you so much Brittany for your kind words & and trusting me with your boy
She looks like a sweetie!
Happy Friday Yall!
