Double A Ventures is currently offering taxi services in íídl K (Fort Simpson) daily: Monday to Thursday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please note that we have also extended our week-end hours from 10 pm - 2 am on Friday and Saturday nights to accommodate public safety during the cold winter months. Due to other ongoing activities, we do required a 24 hour advance notice for bookings/pickups for all Air Tindi flights. Please contact us for arranged pre-bookings for pickup... times and addresses. Double "A" Ventures is currently looking for public comments on travelling from Fort Simpson to Hay River in the coming months. We have reached the 2 year mark of operation and willing to consider your interest towards this endeavor. Group charters will also be on the list of possibilities. Hay River was given the gift of two rainbows today. The elders say that when we see rainbows in the skies above is to make a wish. Rainbows show that spring is in the air and where the environment around us will take its course and change into new growth. With its beautiful colors and its natural appearance, rainbows are meant for us to look ahead at the coming of summer. Be safe and enjoy the warmer weather. Mahsi

Elders of yesterday once used an "oil lamp" that would burn for hours during the cold winter nights. With the glitter of its small flame coming from the wick within its glass container, this amazing lamp would light up the whole cabin plus throw enough heat to keep the cabin warm. Double "A" Ventures now uses this lamp as a reminder that yesterday 's simple remedies from the elders still hold strong. Fire is one of the sacred elements needed for survival which was given to us by the creator. Mahsi and stay warm out there.

Double "A" Ventures had a moment to stop on Hwy #1 at McNallie Creek to check out what's happening out on the land. Well folks !!!!! It's spring once again and the creator has brought yet another season of new life for us to enjoy. Here we have the flow of fresh water draining from the wetlands into Great Slave Lake through the winding curves of McNallie Creek. So peaceful yet so active. Stay safe out there.

A surprised welcome was made by Deh Cho MLA, Mike Nadli today and introductions made from both business owners of Tundra Transfer and Double "A" Ventures. Mr. Nadli was very happy that both companies are serving both the North Slave and South Slave Regions with delivery services that go through Ft. Providence. Mahsi for the warm welcome. Today was a day of getting to know true partnerships with individual companies that allow for future endevores. Tundra Transfer from Yellowknife and Double "A" Ventures from Hay River met halfway today in Fort Providence to show that we can work together to get parcels to your door steps. Everything from medical suppies to personal items are delivered from both companies every Thursday and exchanged for delivery. Mahsi to you, the public, for your support. Its a long and winding highway we look at once a week but we are doing what is best for you, the customer.

Double "A" Ventures has taken a couple minutes to grasp this quick photo late last night to show the world that we true northerners do have imaginations of many. " If you never go, you'll never know" is a motto that I used because of all the wonders the creator has put in front of us to see. It's amazing how a picture can say a thousand words.

Good morning to all, It was quite the late night under the stars. So many last night. It was gorgeous to be looking at the glittering of a ski so full of them. Even the Milky Way was out. The Deh Cho bridge was also lit up in the back ground. Mahsi to my friend, Dan who travelled along side to witness the view. We were going for the maga blast that was suppose to happen with the northern lights but the creator sent us a full moon in its place. All around, it was an adventure in its self taken by Double "A" Ventures to explore for future endeavors. The motto says it all, If you never go, you'll never know..... When you "believe" in following your dreams towards helping others with whatever is needed, the creator always guides you in the best way he knows how. Everyone has their bumps in the road called life but with support, we tend to continue to do what is needed to move ahead. The citizens of Hay River have reached out to helping people in need because of the tragic fire that occured a few days ago. Things will change with time for the better because we all "believe" this too shall pass. Its amazing to see all the support out there. "Mahsi" to all who are doing the best they can to help out.
