Town Contractors using a crane outside the Acton Town Hall Centre today while building the new youth centre - just behind our office. Exciting to see the work progress. Meanwhile, if you're in the area, Bower is closed between John and Willow. Update: Bower is now open again.

The other businesses are House of Workwear, Acton Optical, Giant Tiger, Smooth Solutions Spa, Willow Lane and Scotiabank. The event takes place over the next six weeks. All you have to do is take your receipts from any of those businesses and drop them off at Willow Lane and you will be entered into a weekly draw for a gift basket with contributions from ALL seven businesses. Pretty exciting. Check it out!
