Dog Pound Boxing & Fitness

Looking like a beauty day! Gonna take the mascot out for some roadwork, then if anyone wants to come by and get some work, let's get to it! Really turning out a good crew in my little basement setup. Everyone's gonna be ready to go when we can get a functional class going again. TEAMWORK MAKES THE... goal attainable.

Killa Z, starting to drop that right hand down the pipe at will! Everything lands harder when you throw it off the move. Footwork getting better every session, and therefore, POWER! Thinking 3 moves ahead.

Throwing some new tricks into that slick southpaw style. We're getting all, mad sweet scientists, down the lab. Gritty looking like he's ready to get back in there yesterday. Few more before the day is through. Hit me up tomorrow and let's get you doin the same!

This one, looking more like a boxer than ever! That was wicked Branden. Cut all the chit chat, got right to it from the first round, punching off the move, moving off the punch, and starting to collide with fists, instead of just standing and punching. FEELIN GOOD!!

Tuckered out my roadwork partner this afternoon. Down to Bower Ponds and back, and he kept on it like a champ! Keeping us both efficient beasts. Got one coming by tonight, so anyone else wants some work, get at me and we'll get to it in the dungeon!

Thank you to everybody who's kept themselves going and stayed with the pack through this time. I'm doing everything I can right now to get us all training as a team again, and I just wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you guys. Keep punchin.

Killa Z with that mean footwork! "It's kinda like ballet!" Much as I've fought that statement over the years, it kinda is. Power in the hands, coming from the feet! Then killed some conditioning at the end, to make sure I left hated.

Vaeh brought her crew to check out the process! Her and Kai were looking sharp today, and the group they're bringing in with em is ready to start throwing some punches. Can't wait for the team to be back in action!

You listen better by the day, don't try to chase the cat, stay focused on the road, and ya keep up with the old Dog alright, for a pup, but there's work ahead... alright. I guess you can stay. I won't donate you to the local dog fighting circuit... VERY MUCH KIDDING. I would never. Pack, meet Chico, The Comeback Kid. Sticking and moving like a pro! Zosia was really showing me something by the time she got on the pads after. Practice perfect until proper becomes natural.

Little morning crushing at Sullivan's! Changing up his boxing game. Throwing punches from all different angles. Giving this old dog an increased appreciation for this here sweet science!

... she actually got his feet off the ground for this one... Wednesday session with this gruesome twosome! Starting to put those punches together in bunches! Less thinking, more doing!

What a busy Sunday! Got guys coming to my little basement gym for work, then came by to give Zosia her biweekly fill of punching! Building that punch count in shadowboxing, and then by the time we hit the pads she's flowing and crashing like a pro!

NOW WE'RE GETTIN SOMEWHERE!!! Vaeh and Kai gettin to work today! Little man's getting his rhythm down, and his born puncher of a sister is starting to put some snap on that natural power! LOVE IT! Next week, same Bat time, same Bat channel!

Sullivan gotta new toy... coach had to play a little after his session today. Keeping razor sharp!

Got Shane throwing a new record of punches per round today. Sweating like a hog, even though it's bloody cold! It's almost perfect training weather. Gotta kick it into fifth gear in order to stay warm!
