Installed an emergency battery backup pump after clients experienced a flood on their lower level during a storm power outage. Rainwater sumps DO require this, do you have one? While we were there we also replaced a cracked bathroom sink and a new bathroom faucet with braided supply lines.

Restaurant was required to have a grease interceptor installed on their dishwasher discharge. VERY tight space with a lot of pipes coming and going, challenge accepted!

New watermain install. Clients doing a renovation and addition required a size increase to watermain, city decided to upgrade meter at that time and relocated it to other side of house. Passed.

Replacement of two hot water tanks. One feeds the main house and the other feeds the suite.

Client needed 3 toilets replaced. Two were the Toto brand which required the grey toilet flange adapter. These adapters must be mounted to the floor with fasteners and the toilet is mounted on top with fasteners connected to the adapter.

Working on a renovation project for myself and wanted to share this great life hack for vacuum sealing insulation to store away without taking up a ton of space. You can use this for all kinds of other uses too! Enjoy!

Finishing of a funky bathroom addition in a space that was once just unused attic storage. Client had some interesting ideas for the decor that required some creative install and planning and many of the fixtures were either used or on clearance collected over a year. Your vision, our execution.

Replaced a failed space heater for a downtown business with a new Rinnai wall furnace. Normally these units vent directly out back, but this job required the manufactures extension kits to allow us to use existing cored hole through concrete wall. Clients are ecstatic about the performance! Passed.

From shabby to chic! Replaced hot water tank for client living in strata development, which requires tanks be replaced at end of warranty. This tank was well past, and, well, not very well installed to begin with. We make sure its done right and looks good!

Client had multiple holes develop in bottom of cast iron kitchen drain as well as an uneven section that was once replaced with ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene). Removed all the pipe and replaced with new ABS, regraded, and installed clean outs at the appropriate locations.

Replacement of old corner shower unit with addition of perfectly sized wall hung sink for clients small suite. Tenant was brushing teeth in the kitchen sink, but not anymore!

Sewer pipe in condominium building parkade had a leak from an incomplete glue joint. Communication is always key when working on a multi residential building to make sure you dont face any crappy situations.

During a fireplace service it was discovered that the flame adjustment rod was broken and had been wrapped in duct tape as a "repair". Being an older fireplace we took to the internet and tracked down a replacement in Saskatchewan! Clients were very happy for the effort, we are always grateful for the internet!

When you have a shower stall and want a bathroom? We install wet baths, but not like this.

Client had a leak in their 3" horizontal toilet drain. Original installer didnt use the proper rubber coupling causing an uneven trap point in the pipe along with a tension crack that had finally given way. Cut out section and replaced with proper fittings and an even uninterrupted flow.

Client called after another company couldnt solve the issue with their Navien on demand water heater. Error codes are sometimes more complex than what your manual will tell you, and Navien has a fantastic tech support line to help. Went through a series of gas, air, and voltage tests with the results being a full motherboard replacement, new air pressure sensor, and new gas pressure sensor. After a week without hot water this family was happy to have it running again!

Replaced cracked DCVA (double check valve assembly) for a clients irrigation system. After receiving a massive water bill they had discovered the system was never blown out for winter and when the water expanded during the freeze it cracked the body. Give us a call every fall and we can make sure this doesnt happen to you!

Client had major water damage in suite below toilet on main floor. Before toilet could be pulled we found the shut off had failed and leaked heavily when in closed position. Shut water off to home and replaced the toilet shut off (also known as a "stop"). When toilet was pulled it was discovered the original lead had split and failed. Removed lead and brass flange. Replaced with a PVC twist-and-set flange that fits inside pipe with expanding gasket.

Clients called FortisBC about smelling gas in their home. A technician was sent out to investigate and was sure there was no leak and that the odour was from a dried up drain trap. After a week had passed and continued odour we were called out and found the gas leak immediately. Not sure how this was missed, very substantial gas leak! Repaired and provided a sense of relief for the clients as we also checked all the other joints in the gas system with no issue.

Client had substantial leak from their hydronic heating system. Inspection revealed that someone had applied a temporary putty patch to the leaking joint, but this product will dry out and no longer function. Tight space, cut out failed joint and section of pipe and replaced. Propress fittings and compact pneumatic tool really comes in handy!

Client had water leaking below floor in laundry room under toilet. Original installer did not fasten toilet down causing the toilet to shift during use and degrade wax ring until seal no longer held. Pulled toilet, cleaned up old caulking, drilled through tile, replaced wax ring, installed stainless steel fasteners, recaulked.
