We are very excited to announce that we will be OPEN for Routine Care starting tomorrow, JUNE 2. This week we will only be open 9am-4pm Tuesday-Friday, then back to regular business hours next week! So feel free to give us a call at 705-792-6116 or visit us at www.mcleodvision.com to book your exam or to pick out that new pair of glasses or sunglasses! Although we are, things will be slightly different. Please be assured that in addition to taking care of your eye care need...s, it is of our highest priority to keep you and our staff safe. To do this, we will be following very specific guidelines set out by the Ontario College of Optometrists and the Chief medical Officer of Health. What you need to know: All patients must have either a re-usable or disposable face mask covering their nose and mouth before they will be allowed to enter the practice. On our end, please know that Dr. McLeod and all staff will be wearing face masks and protective eyewear at all times and other appropriate PPE gear. All equipment/frames in the dispensary with be disinfected and sanitized before and after every patient. As well, all frequent touch points will be disinfected routinely. We will be practicing social distancing protocols, and ask you to do the same while in the office. We have removed, magazine, toys, and spread out chairs in the waiting area to help eliminate points of cross contamination. We ask that you kindly limit people attending the appointment to patients and essential caregivers only. If you are planning on coming to pick up a pair of glasses, or shop for a new pair, please try and give us a call ahead of time and we can insure that you have sufficient space and time to do so. For the first week or two, we will have slightly more spacing between patients to ensure we have enough time to properly disinfect and clean for each patient. Anyone who has ANY form of cold symptoms, or symptoms consistent with those associated with COVID-19 will be asked not to book until they feel better. In addition, if you arrive with these symptoms and did not mention it to the staff when you booked your appointment, you may have to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding! We will do our best to accommodate everyone as quickly and safely as possible! We are beyond excited to see everyone again!!

We are happy to announce that we will be re-opening on June 2 for regular care!! Under the guidance of The College of Optometrists of Ontatio and The Chief Medical Officer of Health, we will be following strict guidelines to make sure we keep you and our staff safe!! Watch our social media for more on that in the coming days!! We look forward to seeing everyone!
