I just returned from a 2-day conference learning all about #SIBO (an acronym for Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth). It is estimated that 60% of people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) have SIBO! So what is SIBO? Simply put, it is an excess of bacteria overgrowth in the small intestine.
