I've learned the doorway to a more blessed life is by being humbly grateful for what one currently has and is in life....if you think about all you've learned in your life up until now, it's pretty incredible. If you count your blessings, there's probably many more than you really give credit for. One of the most meaningful compliments I've ever received was given oneday when I was walking down the street to my car after work. I recall feeling content and grateful for having ...seeing the patient's I had worked with that day. An older gentleman walked by me and stopped me and said, "You're very graceful and it's beautiful." I smiled. That's the kind of beauty I respect in myself and others. It felt good to be seen. Let's challenge ourselves to find the gratitude of all the gifts that are in our lives right now, in this moment. This moment is a gateway to the next moment, and we actively can participate in creating a more harmonious life by expressing gratitude. #gratitudechallenge #gratitudemedicine
