Ok, the bottom line right now regarding masks is if you are sick or symptomatic and you are around others then wear a mask. If you are going out and you are not sick, there is no proof that shows that wearing a mask will protect you or others more than physical distancing and good hand hygiene. Health Canada is saying that if you are going out and if you can not maintain physical distancing then you should consider wearing a non medical mask or face covering. If you’re looking for teeth-friendly food, try cheese! Cheese causes your salivary gland to produce more saliva, which in turn neutralizes acids and protects tooth enamel and reduces the risk of cavities. The calcium found in cheese is also great for strengthening your teeth and bones. #DentalTip #OralHealth #Teeth #Health #DentalFact #Cheese #Facts #TeethFriendlyFood

Mouthwash can help reduce gingivitis (gum disease), tooth decay, plaque, and can help whiten teeth, but it is NOT A SUBSTITUTE for either brushing or flossing! However, you should still make mouth rinsing a part of your daily dental care routine in order to target any oral conditions and achieve more successful results. #DentalTip #OralHealth #Teeth #Health #DentalFact #Mouthwash #Facts
