We can make the full resources of our hospital and our resort available to your pets while maintaining social distance: - We will be happy to come to the parking lot to get your dog or cat, and bring them into the resort. Simply call us upon arrival. - You can join us during your pets' examinations via phone or via a Skype video call. - Payments can easily be taken via phone. - When it's time for your pets to go home, whether after an exam, a bath, a day of daycare or a night of boarding, it'll be our pleasure to return them to you in the security of your own car. Since our opening in 2017, we have created operating systems and deployed hygiene practices that help prevent the spread of infectious disease. Our ventilation systems supply fresh air at all times, with over 12 complete air exchanges each and every hour. Our pet-safe ant-viral and anti-bacterial cleaning agents are the best available. Please know that we are highly aware of the elevated caution and care currently required by everyone, and that we will continue to do everything possible to help keep you and your pets safe and healthy.
