Do you eat GREENS for breakfast?! I always try to incorporate vegetables into my first meal of the day! ... Here are a few easy ways to add GREENS into each meal: Add a few handfuls of spinach or kale to your smoothies in the morning! Add cut up zucchini or cauliflower to smoothies! (Tip: cut them up & freeze them so they’re easier to add in a hurry) Purchase a CLEAN greens powder to up your nutrition content. (I like @genuinehealth @canprev !) Let’s Chat: SCREEN TIME AT NIGHT We are using our screens for EVERYTHING these days. Think of how often you stare at your computer screen during all those zoom calls, your phone flipping though instagram, FaceTime chatting with your friends & family and we can’t forget Netflix! All of these screens have blue light. Blue light actually BLOCKS our melatonin from producing. This reduces our ability to feel tired at bed time and interrupts our sleep, so we wake up... more often during the night! As a Naturopathic Doctor, I can help!
