Liv and I are kicking up our heals to celebrate International Women’s Day! I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing women in my life that continuously inspire me to reach beyond any preconceived limits. I am so grateful for the women that came before me that made this life possible. To those that paved the way, fought for our rights and those that continue this fight for equality, thank you. ... To women everywhere, on this day and every day, stand tall and know you can do, be and have in this life anything your heart desires. #nolimits #IWD2021

Hello Monday, Hello March! Through a cold winter, harsh days and what will be our 3rd lockdown starting today in Simcoe County, our passion keeps us strong and March brings new hope of Spring! While we must put our date nights and family sessions on hold a bit longer, this is a big month for our courses and bringing together those who share this passion and are ready to pursue it with vigour! We have an online EAL Assistant Program next week, Online EAL Certification the wee...k after and what we hope will be our first in person EAL Certification at the end of the month. Spring will be here before we know it at this pace and we LOVE Spring! Wishing you a fabulous passion-filled month ahead! Make it a great one! xo

It's #FABFRIDAY and I'm thrilled to share another Grad Spotlight! I had the pleasure to catch up with Laurel Griffin of Spirit Winds Ranch in Cochrane Alberta and learn about her #eallife. Laurel runs amazing youth and family programs and is a contracted Equine Assisted Learning Service Provider for the Schools of the Municipal District of Rockyview Cochrane Alberta area. After a lifetime of riding and coaching, Laurel discovered EAL and a new way to bring the beauty and t...eaching power of horses to her community! I hope you enjoy hearing her story and passion for this amazing work as much as I did! #dowhatyoulove #livealifeyoulove #eallife https://youtu.be/TtKclxTfbZ4

‘Twas the night before Christmas, and the barn was a buzz All the horses were stirring, kicking up such a fuss! The buckets were hung, they had hay, they had water The lights were down low, so what was the matter? Then there in the distance, it all became clear... Basil was packing for home, and needed some reindeer! This was their chance, the nice list in sight They’d all work together and help Basil take flight! With Jimmy in his antlers and Luke by his side, They’d hook up the team and give Basil a ride. Out in the driveway, they gathered under the lamp, Benson led a quick refresher of Reindeer Training Camp With the sleigh loaded up, their mission was clear, Get Basil back home and spread Dreamwinds good cheer! Now Lukey, Now Jimmy Now Simon and Liv! On Cameo, on T.K, On Baylee and Grace! But wait! Something’s missingthe map it’s not here As they searched, they looked up and their way became clear A star in the distance, shining ever so bright Just like Rudolph of legend, to guide their sleigh tonight With the team all together, it’s time to take flight Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night! xoxo. #adventuresofbasilholidayfun #eallife #elfontheshelfideas See more

Well I think it's safe to say that this year was definitely not what any of us expected but I hope this slow down gave you an opportunity to truly appreciate what matters most. Whatever 2020 dealt you, as you reflect on these past 12 months, I hope you do so with joy, gratitude and hope for what is to come. We are looking forward to some quiet time over the holidays and as we head into lockdown. But we are still here for you as you plan your EAL career and seek out safe pro...gramming for your groups and teams! When the time is right, we will all come together again! Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a 2021 filled with good health, joy and hope. We look forward to safely hosting you in the New Year! Stay safe and be well. Team Dreamwinds xo
