Get on your roofs folks! It’s spring and snow has been melting and flowing through all these little holes in your moulding sealant all winter(and probably longer if you’ve never been up there). $15 dollar tube of Dicor lap sealant will last years if you don’t freeze it. Takes 5 mins to have a look and apply where needed twice a year. Will save you thousands later on .

Hello all Please climb on your roofs and check your sealant around vents, mouldings and such. Snow is coming and leaks cause moisture in walls and Roof material. All you need is some $15 tubes of dicor, a caulking gun, and 15 mins. Should be done every 90 days in Alberta. ... Don’t let this happen to you next spring!! See more
