Happy New Year!! When you create your resolutions no matter how big or small these tips may help: 1.Make sure you love it or that you will love the result you will get (don’t let it just be something you should do). Does it make you feel great?... 2. It really is the small choices we make that have the greatest impact. It isn’t all the big life decisions that impact our lives the most. 3. Don’t look to the past to be happy now or to create a plan. That just creates limits. You are a different person today than you were 1 year ago. What will work for you now? 4. If it feels like struggle move onto something else. Put your attention to what feels life ease and flow. Get the good vibes going first. 5. It really is all in our perspective. If you think it is hard it is, if you think it is fun it is, and pay attention to how things make you feel. Your emotions are tools to guide you. Keep them in check but pay attention to them. 6. Allow it to be your best year yet!

I almost didn’t..... get up that morning when my alarm went off. I shut it off and thought nah.... why get up I think I hear rain besides the wind. I momentarily forgot. But I reminded myself I never regret it. The feeling is worth it. How I feel the rest of the day is so worth getting up just 45 minutes earlier to get a workout in. A walk, a run or weights. Today it was a run. And it always ends up being one of the best the days you almost skip. Funny ain’t it. I almost cha...nged my mind about launching my Female Reset this week ( I almost hit snooze for a week;) but I reminded myself why I do it. To help women realize their potential. Understand their bodies. Regain their confidence again. Discover how to work with their body to reset their metabolism. And I think this will be one of the best. I. Can’t. Wait. Loving my morning walk, walk-run and run. I decide based on how I feel. We are told to just do it. But if we listen to our body it will tell us what will nourish it and support it. You already have the wisdom. Just slow down and listen to it.... I just recently realized why I love my walks or runs. I feel clear, in alignment and connected when I am running or walking and it helps me keep this vibe the rest of the day. Think of your goals. Don’t wait to reach them in the physical before you treat yourself well. Care for yourself well now and you will reach them faster. We will talk abut this and more in my new Fall program. Without makeup, after working all day, 4 pm..... Time moves so fast. The most obvious sign of this is watching kids grow. It is truly bittersweet. And a reminder that time doesn’t stand still and if my kids are growing older than so am I. We can grow older and let time take its toll on our mind and bodies or we can support our minds and bodies where signs of dis-ease are appearing. The earlier we pay attention and accept this the easier and more graceful ageing is on us. Some 40 year olds are biologically older than some ...70 year olds I know. The calendar isn’t as important as the health of our bodies and mind.
