Nice little case for Friday. Unrestorable premolar with quite the hook on the apical 1/3 of the root. Tooth was extracted and the area was bone grafted. To extract, we removed some bone distally without disturbing the buccal and lingual plates. Purchase on the mesial aspect of the tooth and elevate distally.
