FRESH DRY-HOPS ABOUT TO DROP Opposite ends of the spectrum so we’ve got you covered HOLO- 10.3%... TIPA w/ Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo & Simcoe FRITZI - 4.8% Dry Hopped Lager HOLÖ (pronounced Hollow) is our first TIPA of 2021 and named after the holographic label stock that reminded us of our youth. Reflecting on those days spent hunting for that fresh Charizard cards (but ending up with only mountains of energy cards which still seem pointless looking back), we felt the homage was too good to pass up and especially on this banger of a beer. Hops heads can unite over Joe’s heavy-handed dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe that provides a bouquet of orange and grapefruit peel countered by stone fruit and a blueberry dankness that is bananas (not-actually). Pillowy and soft with little to no bitterness and sweetness that’s jussssssst right all packed into the highest abv. release to date. Get them while they last... if you can. FRITZI our beloved dry-hopped lager is making a return after a one year hiatus. Cam’s dog Fritzi - then a pup and now full grown - was feeling a little self-conscious about the image of her younger self so we agreed to take a more ‘mature’ photo to update the can and ease her mind. With this update comes a slightly improved version of the original featuring the same biscuity beverage we brewed and loved but with a more reigned in bitterness which should make this an absolute crusher. Pine-filled IPA Drop We’re kicking off 2021 by riding the pine (literally and metaphorically) NORTHERN PINE - 6.8%... IPA w/ Mosaic, Vic Secret & Idaho 7 SOUTHERN PINE - 8.2% DIPA w/ Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic NORTHERN PINE is our new welcome back brew from a rather memorable yet forgettable year (we swear we won’t keep referencing 2020). Moving right along: this IPA is far from shy on the hops featuring a nice blend of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and the overall crowd favourite Vic Secret. Think dry-hopped mimosas and you wouldn’t be too far off on this one. Enjoy before having one of this bee’s big brother below SOUTHERN PINE has returned yet again. 8.2% DIPA that drinks like 5% and is jam packed with Galaxy (the Vic-Secret taste-a-like - admit it), Citra and Mosaic. DIPA AFTER PARTY is definitely not something we’ve enjoyed lately - both in beer and social gatherings - so we figured bringing back the prior would suffice for now. Galaxy and Mosaic make up the backbone of thispermanent hazy fixture to give it that‘dank, dank’ we love so much. Finish is off-dry and cleanbecause not every hop bomb needs to be sweet, does it? FRESH BREWS TO TOP OFF YOUR WEEKEND Available starting at 1PM TODAY... SUN$ET... IPA w/ Galaxy, Vic Secret & El Dorado OKTOBERFEST LAGER - 5.8% Lager SUN$ET is a Willibald newbie and we know what you’re thinking - so unlike us to brew an IPA under 7%, right? Well we thought what the hell. We’ll give it a try. This hazy treat is soft, piney and dank with a hint of melon and very little sweetness (AKA sessionable AF). With the lower abv. on this one we suppose you’ll have to buy two packs instead of one to have the same Willibald-effect as our bigger haze bombs . OKTOBERFEST LAGER is - we recognize - a bit late to the Oktoberfest party (as the tents are coming down if you will). We brewed this tasty treat back mid-August and decided it needed a few additional weeks of lagering to really help get it dialled in to a level we were happy with so better late than never we suppose. This marzen-style lager is amber in colour, biscuity and hints of light caramel on the nose with a malty, bready and medium-bodied palate as the German beer gods intended. Shoutout to @brewculture for supplying that 100% Ireks malt that really helps make this beer what it is. If you haven’t quite satisfied your Oktoberfest itch we have you covered for a short time anyways. To really harness the Oktoberfest spirit we’ve branded up gold Willibald Oktoberfest 0.5L steins (swipe left) to properly harness your beer. $16 online and on the farm while supplies last!
