Happy Friday! Here is a short article that outlines 7 Fun Tricks to Drink More Water. I have recommended the "elastic band" method to patients, but I ask them to put the elastic bands on the top or bottom of their glass and move them down or up as they empty a glass. (I also don't recommend juice). I am loving sparkling water with doTERRA's lemon essential oil (only a few drops) to mix it up in the afternoon. I made this simple Instant Pot Winter Vegetable Soup this past weekend. So easy and tasty! Add 8 cups broth, 6 cups chopped/peeled root vegetables, 1 cup chopped leeks, onions or shallots, 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or tamari), 0.5-1 ounce dried mushrooms, 1.5 tbsp dried herbs, up to 3 peeled/minced garlic cloves. Cook for 12 minutes on Soup/Broth setting, Quick Release, add 2 cups chopped/stemmed greens, put lid back on, cook on Manual for 0 minutes, Quick Release, cool and enjoy! #instantpot #eatyourveggies #detox #healthyeating
