COVID -19 - How we provide service to you. By government order, customers are required to wear a mask upon entering our store. We will provide you with a mask if you require one. We also have gloves and hand sanitizer, our staff wear masks to slow the spread and helps keep you safe. Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday 9-5 closed Sundays. To keep social distancing in effect, there may be a short wait time as we are regulated to serve no more than 2 customers at a time. Usu...ally your wait time (it at all) is no more than 10 minutes. Ordering by telephone - We can provide you with detailed pictures of the appliances you require by texting detailed pictures to your cell, sorry no emails. Payments can be made by telephone we accept most credit cards, e-transfers are also an option. Pick-up - When picking-up we ask our customers to call at least 30 minutes ahead. We will then give you directions to our loading dock. Our staff will then confirm what you’re picking up and load your vehicle. PLEASE NOTE! While your vehicle is being loaded we ask that you keep a safe distance (2 meters/6-feet) away from our staff.
