New dealer guidelines by OMVIC. "Starting at 12:01AM on Saturday, December 26, 2020, Motor Vehicle Dealers across Ontario must operate their showrooms by appointment only. Registrants should always follow public health measures set out by the Provincial Government. The Province will continue allowing test drives, but under the following conditions:... The test drive is no longer than 10 minutes. A maximum of two people, including up to one salesperson may be present in the test drive. All windows must be open at all times if two people not from the same household are present during the test drive." We will be adhering to these guidelines. Masks will be required at all times during test drives. Feel free to message us or give us a call if you have any questions. Stay safe and healthy!

As we anticipate going into the Lockdown Grey Zone, Dynasty Auto and Dynasty Services will have reduced hours. As an essential business we will be able to remain open. Our new hours will be M to F 10am to 4pm and Sat. 10am to 2pm. ... We will be closed 12/24, 12/25, and 12/26 for all sales and services. Until further notice and while we are in the Lockdown Zone, all vehicle test drives and purchases will be by appointment only. We will ask that you do wear a mask or face shield during this time. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask that you come back for a test drive when the situation with COVID-19 is better and we are able to go on without wearing masks. Although vehicles are sanitized after every test drive, for our safety and the safety of our customers, we will require masks or face shields for any and all test drives, no exceptions. All tire sales and any mechanical services will be open as usual and we will be accepting walk-ins. We will be limiting the number of customers in our waiting area to 5 people at a time.
