Why we should all LIVE WELL NOW In love and honor of my sister Robin who died suddenly and unexpectedly at 54. She was an Incredibly kind, loving, caring person With a beautiful soul who adored her family.... Being only one year apart in age we were very close as children but faced some unpredictable life challenges. At 7 and 8 our mom developed multiple sclerosis after giving birth to our brother and at 15 our dad broke his neck. And just like that we lost our parents and the life we have known We learned tough lessons in RESILIENCY, PERSEVERANCE and the importance of COMPASSION as children and how to stick together. These great gifts would serve us the rest of our lives My sister would want to remind everybody is the importance of GRATITUDE Find something every day to be grateful for as life is hard and can knock you down so be grateful for the small things and the people that love you There are many valleys of life that can be dark and painful and last for long periods of time .... the peaks of life are our dreams and the extraordinary moments awaiting each of us. So keep climbing up towards those peaks never quit and you will move mountains The passing of someone so young it’s a great reminder to all of us to live and love wholeheartedly each day, let go of your fears and past wounds tell people you love them and live fully now When we string together enough magnificent moments in life filled with love, laughter, great memories, best friends, dreams and family ...the future will take care of itself
