We’re back today. Yes, back in grey zone lock down so that means take out only. We can accommodate curb side pick up off Andrew St beside our amazing smelling kitchen. Pictured is our highly cultured bowl, our that’s what cheese said sandwich (beef & cheddar) and our get in my panzzz salad. Tomorrow!!! April 8 we will have a feature dinner take out of crab and lobster Mac and cheese using @scoutcanning sustainable lobster . The meal for 2 is $45 and comes with a green salad, biscuits and choice of dessert from our pastry counter. We will have 10 meals available so give us a call at 705-330-0101 or reserve yours!

The boxes were stacked by the kitchen with care, in hopes the pastry chef elves would soon be there. . . Up early as the sun, they’ll get the job done. Then home they go for a glass of egg nog and rum! .... It’s been quite a year, with changes and fear. But working as a team has been a dream. Be good to your staff, and they’ll have your back. I want to wish Christine a very happy 25th birthday!! I have known Christine since she was about 16 yrs old as a coop student. She’s wise beyond her years and is the other driving force in our kitchen. She bring lots of amazing flavours to your plate to. I couldn’t run my kitchen with out her help. A few amazing announcements here!!! As you can see by the picture, we’re working hard on our espresso game. We just had an amazing session with Geoff Roastermaster and owner of @stereocoffeeroasters. . When asked why the name stereo? He said, when sound waves hit each person it has different sounds and notes, just like coffee. I love that!! Coffee and the terroir is as complex as wine! You just have to find the note that suit you. .... . Our second announcement is a change of hours. . Starting Tuesday October 27 we will now be open Tuesdays to Friday at 8:30 am- 5:30 pm (8:30-11 coffee/pastries ONLY). Saturday remains the same at 9-3 for all day brunch/lunch, but now you can have a latte to go with it! . 6 years ago I did a thing. I shaved my head for cancer as my cousin was fighting breast cancer. Thankfully she is 100% ok now. . . There’s nothing I wouldn’t do to help someone else. That is why, part of Eclectic’s motto is to give what we receive. We have donated over 10k to local charities through our fundraisers at the cafe. We can’t wait to be in a financial position to keep supporting our community. We hope everyone has a happy Monday! ... Thankfully I had a pretty cute head

Sunday’s are our typical family day. We try and do something fun with the kids as moms home all day as they say with a big yaaaayyyyy. . . It can be so hard and exhausting running a business, especially during these unknown times. Family is what grounds us, to see their smiles, have snuggles and kisses.
