Have you been receiving constant nuisance calls from out of country? Come in and ask one of our representatives about Call Control from Telus and the National Do Not Call List! Call Control is a new (and FREE) feature from Telus that was created to stop robo-calls from coming through! The feature plays a recording the first time that any phone number calls you after adding which asks them to push a number in order to make the call go through. After they’ve done this once, the...y will not have to do it again! This stops any automatic dialing system from being able to get through as they are unable to respond with entries on a keypad. As long as a person pushes the button, the call will go through normally! To make things easier for your family, friends, and business associates we are also able to add up to 25 numbers on a pre-approved list who’s calls will go through automatically without a button response needed. For added peace of mind we can also register your number on the National Do Not Call List which all telemarketers are required to adhere to. Telemarketers have to update their Do Not Call List every 14 days, so this may take up to that to see a difference. Stay safe!

We have some exciting news to share!! First and foremost, we would like to thank our clients for their continued support and patience over the course of the last few weeks. It has been an adjustment for all of us and we are grateful for everyone sticking it out with us! With that being said we are extremely happy to announce that we will be re opening to the public as of Tuesday May 19, 2020! Of course, we are doing this with some new protocols, guidelines, and modified hours... that will allow us to adhere to all government and AHS regulations and recommendations and keep both us and our clients safe! We will still be offering the same curb side pickup options that we have been for those who are unable to or uncomfortable with coming in to store - no questions asked. Our hours will remain Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM! We are looking forward to being able to assist you in the safest and most comfortable way possible and again, we thank you for your continued support!

Outage update! TELUS has been working diligently on fixing the outage issues in Western Canada. Some areas are back up and running for calls and texting, in some areas the LTE data is still not working ( they are still working on it ). If your phone/ device doesn’t seem to be gaining service back on its own please try power cycling it ( turn it off and back on ). They are hoping to have all fixed shortly! Thank you for your patience Good Morning All!! ... There seems to be a TELUS Outage in the area ... We have reported it and they are working on it! At this time we have no ETA but will update as we know more !!
