It was a fateful Friday the 13th, one year ago today, that Justin Trudeau announced the avoid all non-essential travel advisory. An anniversary that no one cares to celebrate. But as we reflect on the past year of group travel cancellations, a plethora of insurance claims and rebooking, rebookings; I am reminded of the amazing team at ET&C that stood with me and toasted to a forward focus. The planet is still not quite ready, but we are prepared when She is.
