When I was 18 years old I suffered from severely painful migraines that no medication could touch. I was simultaneously diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease; and was told I would most likely never have children. I was anxious about what direction my life was going as high school was coming to an end;. My mom ended up taking me to see a homeopath to see if they could help with my migraines. That experience forever changed me and how I view my health. That experience not o...nly reversed my headaches but also treated the polycystic ovarian disease and left me with an state of wellness both mentally, physically and emotionally. Years later I became a homeopath. I was so inspired to help people as i had been helped in my earlier life. Drs save lives no doubt and western medicine is far more advanced then its ever been. Its place in our healthcare system is monumental. Homeopathy and other alternative treatments however are too... they are the best form of prevention and prophylaxis. Now that we are in the thick of winter here in the corridor I have a few tips to share to keep you and your little ones healthy: 1. Washing hands a few times a day is always a great idea 2. A daily dose of high quality liquid Vitamin D... 3. A daily dose of fish oil is an excellent addition to breakfast time.
