and this happened... Ikey and Mikey have been at the ranch for 2 years! Puppy mill dogs who would not be touched or held, no social manners with other dogs, terrified, and had to be taken by crate back and forth to play yards. Mikey slowly started coming around over the past 8-9 months, but only with certain individuals. Then Ikey decided he liked to be pet by certain people but definitely not picked up. This amazing couple just went for it and now this crazy duo are sleep...ing with their new family! We are so happy for them...words can not describe. See more

Looking for foster homes for some fearful little guys we have at the ranch. These dogs are not ready for adoption yet. Fosters should have a small fenced yard, loads of time, quiet homes with no kids, and have experience helping build confidence with fearful dogs. If you are an experienced foster already or want info, please PM me first.

First morning in Canada! What precious dogs.

Our beautiful Wuhan China dogs have arrived. We love helping this rescue who works so hard in China to save these sweet dogs from horrible endings... Stay tuned!

Caring for rescue kittens. Must live in Blaine, WA or surrounding area. This position starts on Oct 28th and will go to the end of Nov. shifts will be 8AM-1:00 and 4:00 PM - 8 PM. Potential for permanent part time employment afterwards possible.

Need experienced dog groomer to groom rescue dogs. Full day every two weeks. Wage to be discussed.

Love getting letters from adopters Abbot quickly turned into the most perfect trail companion. This little guy absolutely lights up when we take him skiing (watching him get on snow is the funniest experience ever, I’ve never seen anyone/anything THAT excited to see snow!) and he has a similar reaction to chasing us mountain biking. He comes to life in the north shore and he gets two trail walks a day. We’ve put a ton of work into training him and we are constantly complim...ented on his behavior. We truly attribute enough exercise to the main reason he is such a well behaved dog and we can’t emphasize enough that Formosans need an active household. Thank you SO much for allowing us to be Abbot’s parents. He is the best thing that happened to us and he is so smothered in love an affection from everyone in his life. We know you were hesitant letting a younger couple adopt him but I hope you can see what a great life he got.

As many of you know, they are a 'favorite' rescue partner of ours - known f...or placing hundreds of our alumni in loving Canadian homes.
