I am involved with a non profit utilities company that uses... the money that is generated from our customers paying their energy and internet bills into green technologies, such as abandoned well site, Geothermal energy production, which there are around 90000 sites in Alberta that are suitable for our technology. Another benefit is that our prices for energy are cheaper than our competitors 95% of the time, which is because we're a non profit organization. Another unusual aspect of our energy company is that we plan to implement a voting system, so that our customers get to choose where their money gets invested into.
