FEEL EMPOWERED And swipe to the end for a cheeky giveaway I can’t stress enough how much fitness has kept my mind in good shape and kept my outlook positive throughout the year, and I’ve also seen so many clients struggle through some tough times, but show up for their session and spend the hour just doing something for THEM. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, or nervous in the gym (or even just fitness in general), you are definitely not alone, but I can’t exp...ress enough how amazing the sense of accomplishment that comes with stepping outside your comfort zone, trying new things, and getting physically and mentally stronger really is.
