Kelsey made a $2000 error yesterday and here’s what we did about it. First things first, let’s talk about C Minors. No, not the key you play on piano... C Minor stands for Catastrophic Minors. It’s those mistakes that in the moment, make you feel like you’re going to die. (And you’re AWARE that you’re being totally dramatic about it, but it doesn’t matter because THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!!!EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE. *insert f bombs, scream cries and cheese. Because cheese helps with feelings). C MINORS are those human learnings that feel CATA-FUCKING-STROPHIC in the moment BUT, eventually (and deep down you probably know it) will just become a blip on ye ol’ radar. One of those memories you chuckle about years down the road about how silly you were when you were young and naive. You know the ones. Well, nothing short of dramatic and VERY real in the moment, Kelsey’s C Minor was a tear-jerkin’-doozy yesterday. It sucked. I mean who likes losing money? That shit ain’t fun. But the most non-sensical, irrational way to handle it Was to put on fancy ass clothes, go for a fancy ass meal and spend fancy ass money. Because the moment we contract into scarcity, it’s game fuckin’ over. Scarcity will eat you for breakfast - and then use your bones as toothpicks. It would have been easy (and sensical human majority behaviour) too freak out and tighten our grip on money But we got irrational. We dug out the fancy shoes bin, put on our dress clothes and big rings Embodied the energy we DESIRE And went for a swaggerlicious dinner. We even ordered red wine because isn’t that what mahtoooour adults do? This is the art of manipulating energy and choosing your reality beyond limitation. Contraction is reaction attraction. Expansion is creation. We chose to expand into creation. What will you choose during your next C Minor?

We are so fucking grateful for all of you who stood with us in 2020. Who joined and helped us grow this army. Who locked arms with us in healing generations of trauma, depression, anxiety, pain, etc. ... Who downloaded our podcast over 7000 times!!! Who took time to email, voice memo, text or phone us with your screams and breakthroughs and excitements and wins! Who trusted us to guide you and show you that anything you want to create is fucking possible. Who became SIT certified and started rocking people’s lives (starting with your own). Who shared our message, our movement, our mission; and embodied it as your own. Who grew with us, taught us, learned from us, gave and received. We love you. We love you. We love you!!!! Let’s do some big girl things in 2021, shall we? Let’s collectively become EVEN MORE of ourselves. Let’s call in our weird, wild and wonderful selves. Let’s continue to be big; even at the risk of people calling us too much. Let’s commit to being ALL of us so we can show others it’s safe for them to be ALL of them.
