DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LEARNING CO-ORDINATOR (DTLC) POST-SECONDARY STUDENT PLACEMENT POSITION POSITION OVERVIEW;... The DTLC will lead the digitization of Engineering for Kids of North Saskatchewan STEM enrichment programs. The DTLC will experiment with various forms of technology-based learning methods, in communities in North East Saskatchewan, to determine best practices for digital learning for our region. The position will be guided by and report to our Engineering for Kids lead Instructor. We provide training and certifications in STEM and VEX Robotics. POSITION DETAILS: 10 hours/week - Combination of scheduled and flexible hours, to accommodate academic studies Start date: Oct 15, 2020 End date: March 31, 2020 (may be extended) Wage rate: $15-$20/hour, depending on qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current post-secondary student 2. Enjoy working with children/youth 3. Pocess technology skills and high comfort level with technology 4. Willing to learn 5. Resides in North East Saskatchewan 6. Assets: Experience leading groups and working with technology 7. Ability to work independently 8.
