This client was an absolute gem. She came to us from a reputable salon that so her 2 packs of hair (each containing 10 pieces) they didn't sandwich the hair. They simply put 1 piece then crazy glue tape on the other side and charged her a fortune. They didn't even color match to her color you can see it's yellow. We had some extra hair to give this client a fill head of Extensions after using medical grade adhesive remover for a very long time to get the crazy glue tape out.... I've never ever seen such a mess. This client is over the moon excited by the job we did. I'd like to thank my team for all pitching in and helping out with this makeover. Big things have been happening since we've been locked down. Shop is transforming everyday thanks to the help of alot of magnificent people. Huge thank you to my 1st cousin who I havent seen since grade 4 Paul and Bryce for the paint. I love it. For any renovations or paint needs I definitely recommend @pppaulkay ... He even works all day then will cook you dinner and its bomb ass food. The world is literally so small. How I met up with Paul is a story I will tell you all later The world works in some crazy ways. Annnnnnnddddd little miss Gemma found a boyfriend to play with all day who is also a bully. We are super excited to get the renos completed and we have added some new services to the menu. The lounge has been replaced with with hair stylist station and a nail tech station. We have hired a talented nail tech who is lovely, shes also certified in BB Glow & Microneedling, she is going to be certified in permanent make up as well......everybody say hi to @stephdawe23 She does waxing, classic lashes and shape and tint on brows. We will be adding her to our online booking portal and she will be expanding in more certifications in the near future. @emily.at.epic.gems will be certified in permanent make up as well upon reopening. When I look at these two, I know I did something right! These two are the reason why I work so hard, never give up, and strive to give it my all. Gradually they are gaining more interest in the business and are often helping out behind the scenes. Sierra is attending all training courses we do and shianne is treating all of hair extensions and preparing them for reinstall....
