On dit que la fin ultime de la discipline du yoga est de nous amener à l'union avec le divin. À travers l'abandon au divin la pratique du yoga nous permettra de trouver l'alignement entre nos pensées, nos paroles et nos actions et c'est par une observation aiguisée et une écoute accrue de soi-même. Si les paroles ne reflètent pas nos pensées, si nos actions ne reflètent pas nos paroles, on créera de la confusion dans nous et autour de nous. Bonjour à tous; ça fait si longtemps. J'espère que la rentrée se passe doucement et que les changements vécues ce dernier temps commencent à voir le jour. De mon côté je pratique la résilience le mieux que je peux. Je suis confiante et je suis toujours ravie de vous partager ce que j'aime tant. Le plus difficile c'est toujours de commencer, mais une fois le tapis dérouler après l'action concrète et consciente de connecter notre mental avec notre souffle, après la première pos...ture, tout paraît mieux, les doutes, les peurs, les rancunes se dissipent et ainsi on peut mieux recommencer. Une journée à la fois. J'ouvre ma porte à des nouveaux horizons. Il faut se créer de l'espace, des fois la vie fait ça pour nous et elle nous force à amener de renouveaux et j'y crois que c'est toujours pour le mieux. Bientôt l'horaire sera en ligne. Tous les cours seront donnés simultanément sur place et ZOOM. Merci de votre soutien pendant ces temps et au plaisir de vous revoir très bientôt, Carla

The five days with Abhijata Iyengar has come to an end, but her teaching will last within us for as long we keep practicing and believing in this magnificent path that we call yoga. Abhi is an truly inspiration. I love her very, very much, so human, so humble and generous. I am so really happy to know she is the present and the future of Iyengar Yoga. My 6 year old daughter was with me this morning. She was in and out of the room. I took the first photo at the beginning of t...he class for a souvenir and she managed to take the second picture at the very end of the practice today. To convey that Yoga is more than an external pursuit and that within our practices, is potential for full, rich, and internal involvement. But*zeal* for practice cannot be developed, it just is. This is what Abhijata reminded us today. No seed has ever sprouted faster because of sheer will, and neither will the seeds of Yoga.
