Staying healthy is NOT just about staying home and staying apart. HEALTH is WAAAAAAY more than that, even during this COVID pandemic. Are you taking some of your extra time off right now to add exercise to your lifestyle? You should be! Our bodies perform at their best when we are strong and mobile.... Experiment with something home-based or outdoors now, and then fit it into your routine when your work schedule is back up and running. Tips: 1) Figure out what activity you ENJOY 2) Decide when it is most CONVENIENT to fit it into your schedule; when are you most likely to be consistent with it? You dont need any equipment, but if youre well-conditioned grab a soup can or water bottle for each hand, stand up, and press play!... Big news to end 2019! I will be moving to my new and permanent home here in Esquimalt, in January! Refined Health Chiropractic and Massage is packing up and moving... next door! The office will relocate to 1258 Esquimalt Road which is just across the street.... Our new neighbours will be MartysMountainCycle and Tim Hortons. And not to worry, Amanda Kihn, RMT at Refined Health Clinic is coming along, so we can both continue to provide you great services here in Esquimalt. Speaking of great services, we are looking to bring on another therapist in our new and larger space.
