As 2020 draws to a close, we can choose to reflect on how hard the year has been or reflect with a grateful heart. The attitude of the heart and the perspective we choose impact emotions and healing. I challenge us to reflect on the year with gratitude. Gratitude does not mean we pretend the year was fantastic; rather it is choosing to find things to be thankful for in the midst of challenge, struggle and adversity. Happy New Year!

Like many of you, I am still processing the restrictions announced yesterday. Life is hard right now and it’s ok to acknowledge that.
