THE BEACH HOUSE: Availability May 8 - October 23rd 2021. Minimum 5 day stay. The Beach House is located directly on the beach at Twin Springs Campground and Cottages in Burford, Ontario. It is a 24" X 8" trailer with a 14" X 22" living room attached. Also has a 15" X 19" deck overlooking the beach, as well as a 27" X 10" two level patio area, plus fire pit area out back.... This property has two double beds, and a small double bed. It has wifi, air conditioning, a barbecue (propane included), a 50 inch tv and dvd player with well over 100 movies to choose from, an awesome stereo, microwave, two fridges (one outside). All basic amenities are provided. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cups,, toaster, kettle, kitchen linens, silverware, a crock pot, ice cube trays, dish soap. We also provide one new bar of soap for bathroom, one roll of paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper, and some firewood to get you started. You will need to bring your own pillows, bed linens, blankets and towels. Pricing: Nightly rental fee is $175, 5 night minimum. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. If you book 7 nights, you will receive $125 off your fees. There is a $25 cleaning fee. A $100 refundable deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will become non-refundable on March 1st, 2021, however it will go toward your total fees. Remainder of fees are payable upon arrival by either etransfer or cash. THE HIDEAWAY: This cottage offers the best of both worlds. If you want to simply get away and enjoy a comfortable peaceful holiday, it's for you. Alternatively, if you want campfires and rock and roll, it's also for you. The Hideaway is a permanently parked 21 foot trailer with a LARGE add a room attached. The add a room has three separate areas...a living room with pull out couch, a dining and chilling area, and a separate bedroom with queen bed.. The trailer sleeps four, an...d the add a room sleeps four, so a total of 8. The cottage does not have a stove, however it does have an electric frying pan, an electric two burner portable stove, a microwave, a convection oven and coffee maker. The back patio door opens to a large covered porch. All amenities are included except for your blankets, pillows, towels and personal items, (shampoo etc.) Barbecue, propane, and stainless steel meal prep area out back. There is also a CD player/radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Free WiFi is available to our guests at a location near the beach. Twin Springs Campground offers events every weekend for both children and adults...from beach parties to fishing derbies. Currently, activities are limited due to Covid. However, we do have a few children's activities taking place) There is a lake with a large beautiful beach for swimming just a three minute walk from The Hideaway. If you like to fish, you can catch bass and pike. However, it is catch and release. Alcohol and tobacco can be consumed anywhere in the park. No tobacco smoking inside public buildings. Dogs are allowed on leashes. 20 minute drive from Woodstock and Brantford. See more
