My heart breaks for the community I used to call home not so long ago. I have had you in my thoughts. My hope is that from such a tragedy, that will scar so many so deeply, that we open our hearts and minds to teach our children about mental health issues. We need to be supportive as they grow and teach them and ourselves to have open discussions about what we are feeling and where we can together find support. If we do not, the consequences may be heartbreaking. So much hurt for so many
