The Studio may be closed to classes but have no fear we are ready to open again as soon as public health give us our new guidelines. We are supposed to be hearing by the end of the week. EVOLVE AND ADAPT We will be opening the studio this evening for Non heated Yoga and Pilates Reformer. You can find the schedule on the website or mind body and our updated safety plan on the blog section of our website. Since the reopening in June we have had tremendous support from everyone at the studio and we want to thank you all for keeping our doors open and following our safety protocols, our number one priority is the safety of our staff and students.

Shoulder Mobility // Age-related changes happen to everyone. The gradual loss of muscle tissue and collagen leads to age-related changes that result in less pliability and more vulnerability in connective tissues. The rotator cuff is especially affected by these changes. The importance of focusing on muscular balance is crucial to mobility. Pilates can help with its focus on control and mindful movement.
