INTRODUCING THE NOMAD V5 We are very lucky for the chance to see the newest iteration of Santa Cruz's burliest big mountain freeride bike, The NOMAD. ... Consider this bike an even firmer move toward a full-blown down hill sled but with sensible gears and a workable seat angle to get you up the hill. It wouldn't be a new version without the bike being slacker, longer and lower. The Nomad sticks to this industry mantra with a new head angle of 63.7, a 475mm reach and a 77.5 seat angle. A welcome update also sees proportional chainstays, meaning the back end remains balanced as the rider size increases. Evolution is searching for another Mechanic to add to our crew. Applicants will need to have had prior bike service shop experience. April 24th Update! Evolution Whistler’s mechanics are churning out bike services non-stop! Nice work crew!! We are open daily 11-6. We will ask you to hit the hand sanitizer (thank you Pemberton Distillery!!) before entering the shop and we are inviting max two customers in at a time. Full selection of tools, locks, pumps & tires. We have last year’s shorts, jerseys, helmets and gloves on 40-50% off. Select new gear including full stock of new 5.10’s - all Impact styles are... $40 off, all other models are $20 off. There are more trails clearing daily to ease into the season on. Taking it easy, as we are supposed to do, is actually the best way to start the season for your muscles and fitness! Higher cadence and less power is best. Please ride with extra care.

April 15th update: Evolution Whistler is open daily 11am-6pm. We have opened up the shop space for ease of distancing. We will have you use our WHO approved hand sanitizer when you enter and we are keeping it to max two customers in the shop at a time. Our techs are keeping up and we are often able to do quick service jobs day-of, and we are on next day turn-around for most service jobs.... Thank you for the support during this tricky time. MAXIMUM 4 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AT ONE TIME SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN STAFF & CUSTOMERS THERE WILL BE NO TRYING ON OF CLOTHING BIKES FOR SERVICE WILL BE WIPED DOWN WITH ALCHOL AT DROP OFF AND PICK UP THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WILL BE CLEANED WITH ALCHOL BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE DOOR HANDLES & SURFACES ARE CLEANED CONTINUOUSLY We will continue to update our status here.
