Since we have had to close the studio for 28 days, that doesn’t mean that you have to stop moving especially when so many of you have been putting in the hard work these last few weeks. Clear some space in a room or a social distanced space outdoors and do a 20 Minute Workout! For 20 minutes, do as many rounds as you can. If you want more of a challenge, increase the time and reps.... We want to get our Evolve family back as soon as it is safe to do so.
